New build apartments at Scarsdale House 136 Derbyshire Lane  

Plans to extend the Co-op on Derbyshire Lane

The university intends to sell the changing rooms and adjacent parking spaces on Warminster road. Presumably this will see houses erected there. More details.

Land by Carfield Primary School owned by South Yorkshire Housing Authority is earmarked for development.
